Rosendo Fraga (Argentina) "received his law degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina de Buenos Aires (Argentina). Political analyst, journalist and historian. He was Professor of History of Law and Labor Law at the same University and taught Argentine History in the Military Academy. He collaborates in many newspapers such as La Nación, Clarín, La Prensa, Cronista, Página 12 and Ámbito Financiero and serves as consultant to different entities, among them: Fundación Mediterránea, Asociación de Bancos Argentinos, Instituto de Ejecutivos de la Argentina. Member of the Argentine Academy of History and the Argentine Institute of Military History. He is also member of the Board of Directors of the Argentine Council for International Relations (CARI) and Executive Director of Nueva Mayoría.com. He has published thirty-three books on political, historical and military issues. The Federal Republic of Brazil awarded him the Ordem do Rio Branco and the National Order of Cruzeiro do Sul in the rank of Comendador. The Republic of Chile honored him with the Order of Bernardo O’Higgins in the same rank. He received a prize from the Rotary Club of Buenos Aires, the Silver Laurel to the Personality of the Year award and the Konex Award for Journalism. The Argentine Army honored him with the ‘Orden a los Servicios Distinguidos’ in the rank of Comendador." [1]
