Owned by Coffey International "Sagric this year claim the mantle of the largest aid recipient with over $ 300 million of Australian taxpayers money flowing through their hands." [1]

In 2003 Trade Minister Mark Vaile announced that "Collaboration between South Australian-based SAGRIC International, CSIRO and US firm DAI has resulted in a US$120 million contract to support the rehabilitation of Iraq’s agriculture sector". The grant was awarded by the US Agency for International Development [2]
