Biographical Information

"Samantha Rennie is Director of the Homelessness Transition Fund, which aims to support an end to rough sleeping – a critical issue for London. She brings over 20 years’ experience of working in the community and voluntary sector, including twelve years with funders. She has held senior executive roles with The Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fund and the Lottery, and currently chairs a Comic Relief advisory group. Samantha has been responsible for developing several major policy and partnership initiatives, including the Lottery Fair Share, the 21 member Corston Coalition and the Diana Fund’s legacy programme to support a new international treaty. She also volunteers for two small charities. Samantha is committed to tackling key issues affecting vulnerable people in London – at a systemic, policy level as well as helping organisations deliver critical services at a time when pressures on them are increasing.
