On SourceWatch, anyone who makes changes to the site is an editor. There are three types of editors:

Types of editors

Managing editors

The Center for Media and Democracy works with editors and sysops to oversee SourceWatch. You can reach these editors via editors AT sourcewatch.org.

Sysops

Sysops are trusted editors who have been given special administrative privileges on SourceWatch due to their technological expertise.

Citizen editors

Citizen editors are citizens who register with SourceWatch and are approved to edit an article. Due to spamming and efforts by PR reps and others to whitewash articles, the SourceWatch editor approval process is under review and there is a queuing process for securing editor credentials that cannot be expedited.
