Stephen Keim "has practised at the Bar for 21 years and took silk in 2004. While his practice as a Barrister has ranged broadly, including time as a part-time member of the Anti-Discrimination Tribunal and the Land Tribunal under the Aboriginal Land Act 1991, Stephen’s day to day work has always included a sizeable proportion of matters involving planning and environmental issues and the development approvals process. This has involved his appearing in a wide range of Courts and Tribunals. He has been Counsel in a number of leading cases concerning the EPBC Act." [1]
