Biography

Steven Alan Carr, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication at Indiana University-Purdue, University at Fort Wayne, Indiana. He received a Ph.D. in Radio, Television and Film from the University of Texas at Austin. His area of expertise is in media studies, propaganda, and misinformation. He is a member of several professional communication associations and teaches numerous undergraduate level communication courses.
