Steven Broad

Steven Broad "has been the director of The TRAFFIC Network since 1996, an organization he joined in 1983. TRAFFIC is a joint project of the World Wildlife Fund and IUCN—The world Conservation Union. Its mission is to ensure that trade in wild plants and animals is not a threat to the conservation of nature. Broad is well acquainted with international treaties and negotiations and has had significant senior international connections. He directed the TRAFFIC effort in Southeast Asia during 1993-1995."
