Biographical Information
"Susan is Head of HR and Learning in Lincolnshire County Council. She has a Human Resources and Organisational Development background having worked in the Public Sector for more than 25 years. Susan originally worked in Boston College and with people with learning disabilities then in Mental Health, Acute, Primary Care and East Midlands Ambulance Service before becoming an independent consultant and then commencing with the Local Authority as Head of HR in Children’s Services. Children’s Services is her passion – having been a Governor at her daughters’ primary school. Susan was appointed in December 2012."[1]
