Biographical Information

"Susan Taylor is Generon International’s expert in Operations. She has spent 16 years of her professional career partnered with Joseph Jaworski on leadership development and project management. Dividing her time in two capacities, as Managing Partner, Susan is accountable for the daily operations of the firm assuring a level of operational excellence internally. Externally, Susan acts as project manager and group facilitator for Generon’s client engagements.

"Susan has managed Generon’s Wilderness Retreat Business since 2003. Providing safe and enjoyable wilderness experiences for leaders of all types is her love and passion. Susan has organized retreats for companies including Shell Oil Company, Synergos and Johnson and Johnson as well as for some of Generon’s social projects, including the Sustainable Food Lab and the National Great Plains Foundation. Susan holds the perspective that Nature is a teacher and a powerful vehicle for transformation. Facilitating these retreats tie to her role as executive coach.

"Susan is certified through the Coach Training Alliance and is a member of the International Coach Federation. Her expertise in executive coaching is routinely applied to executives shifting their worldview or stage of development. She guides and aligns executives to emerging organizational priorities. She has coached executives at Royal Dutch Shell, Johnson & Johnson and Synergos, amongst others.

"Susan is accredited in Qigong, Nature Awareness, and Chinese breathing meditation. She teaches executives in these practices of self-management as part of Generon’s executive development programs." [1]
