===Q - If ECHELON collects e-mail address in e-mail

Echelon has the dictionary, and taps mail including the character string registered in this dictionary. When the e-mail address is registered in this dictionary, all e-mails to this e-mail address can be tapped. Not only the e-mail address registered in the tapped e-mail but also the e-mail address of unregistration is included. This e-mail address of this unregistration can be registered in the dictionary of Echelon. Echelon has secretly expanded the range of tapping. It is tapped by Echelon only sending and receiving e-mail in the e-mail address registered in the dictionary of Echelon. Echelon memorizes the e-mail address at the destination of the sending and receiving of the e-mail mail address that Echelon taps. It is tapped again by Echelon tapping the e-mail address in the recorded sending and receiving destination even if the e-mail address that Echelon taps is changed, and sending and receiving e-mail in the e-mail address in the sending and receiving recorded in the e-mail address after it changes destination. Changing all the e-mail addresses at a time cannot run away from tapping Echelon not realistic.
