As estate tax is a generic title, and since this article is about the estate tax in the U.S., should the article not be more appropriately named as in U.S. estate tax?

This page could also use a bit more background information on the tax, rather than just the efforts to repeal it. Also could use some counterarguments in the criticisms and commendations section, so far all of them are supportive of the tax. Also, the introduction needs a bit of development.--John Benton 10:26, 11 July 2007 (EDT)
