Couer Alaska is not listed on the Pac/West client list, but Couer has been running an intensive media campaign in Juneau to convince the public that their proposed mine is environmentally responsible and in full compliance with the clean water act -- though their plan is to fill an existing pristine lake with mine tailings and then make it "more productive" when they are done. I expect that there is some connection between Pac/West and Couer Alaska.
