User:Halliburton Shill posted this information but neglected to provide sources. I understand at least the first one to be spot-on, so I hope HS or someone else will locate a source and re-post the information in the main article.

Two of these are either lies or statements of complete ignorance:

  1. Palin supported the "bridge to nowhere" while running for governor and until Congress stopped funding it. Only then did she no longer support it. She accepted and did not return $359 million dollars of Federal taxpayer money for the bridge.
  2. Palin has been on the board of big oil front organizations, worked with VECO and Ted Stevens, the company and Senator who have been charged with ethics violations. She supports drilling for oil in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, which big oil companies both support and actively lobby Alaska and the U.S. federal government for.
