Ted Wood "is a freelance photographer based in Boulder, Colorado. He is a dedicated journalist who specializes in natural history and environmental stories. Ted shoots for major national magazines, from portraits for Vanity Fair to major features for Smithsonian.

"Among Ted’s other clients are the Los Angeles Times Magazine, the New York Times, National Wildlife, and Outside. He is the author of nine non-fiction children’s books.

"Ted is available for assignments through his Boulder office where he maintains an extensive stock library of more than 30,000 images produced worldwide. He is the co-founder of Conservation ink, a publishing non-profit working in Mongolia, and The Story Group, a multimedia journalism company." [1]
