terrorism.openDemocracy (toD) (formerly Madrid11) "is one of the long-term products of the International Summit on Democracy, Terrorism and Security sponsored by the Club de Madrid in March 2005." To continue this dialogue the Club de Madrid and openDemocracy created a website. [1]
