Biographical Information

"Tess is a leading barrister specialising in employment, a part-time Employment Judge, and a trained Mediator. She was formerly an Assistant Secretary of the National Union of Civil and Public Servants, and the Legal Officer of the GMB.

"She has also held posts in number of voluntary organisations variously concerned with issues of diversity, social justice, poverty and disadvantage, and is currently a Trustee of One World Action. Tess leads the SDC's work on skills and employment."[1]
