Thesil Morlan "is a Managing Editor for Education Development Center, Inc. in Newton, MA. She is the Amnesty International Area Coordinator for Maine, the AIUSA Coordinator of European Union Regional Action Network, Editor of AIUSA's annual Banned Books Week materials, Chair of AIUSA Northeast Regional Planning Group, Convenor of the Maine Alliance for the ICC (MAICC) and Moderator for the Executive Committee of UNA-USA-Maine. She was also a member of the WFA Board for many years. Ms. Morlan earned her B.A. in philosophy from Mount Holyoke College.

"Ms. Morlan is interested in the issues of Peace and Security, International Law and Justice, and International Institutions. She is also interested in global citizenship, particularly with regard to (but not limited to) its cultural and gender dimensions. Ms. Morlan serves as Editor for CGS-WFI's Minerva and AIUSA's Raoul.
