"3SC was formed on 23rd July 2009 with the purpose of developing consortia to bid for and deliver large public service contracts. Our partnership is comprised of: Eden Project, London Learning Consortium, National Housing Federation, National Youth Agency, QED, The Social Investment Business and Well UK. The 3SC Board is today comprised of a senior representative of each of these partner organisations.

"By the end of our first year, 3SC had been awarded a Future Jobs Fund contract. We went on to become the top performing provider across all three tranches, delivering contracts worth £36 million - the largest combined award of any provider – and creating over 5,500 jobs through our supply chain of predominantly third sector organisations. Since then, we’ve gone from strength to strength, winning a number of Work Programme subcontracts and winning a prime contract for Access to Work in Wales." [1]
