Biographical Information
"Thomas F. Kearns, Jr. was a Partner of Bear Stearns & Co. Inc., until 1987. Mr. Kearns serves as a Director of Fibrogen, Inc., Fibrogen Corp. and Omega Institute. He has been Director of Pharmakinetics Laboratories Inc. and Bioanalytical Systems Inc. Clinical Research Unit since 1995. He serves as Trustee of the University of North Carolina Foundation and Endowment Fund. Mr. Kearns served as a Director of On-Gard Systems, Inc., since December 24, 1995. He served as Director of Biomet Inc., at Kirschner Medical Corporation since 1983." [1]
