Biographical Information

Tim Eggar joined the Cape plc "Board as Non-Executive Chairman on 1 May 2011. He was also appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee. Tim Eggar had a distinguished parliamentary career from 1979 to 1997 which included the key Government appointment of Minister for Energy from 1992 to 1996. He has extensive international experience including being Global Head of Integrated Energy Corporate Finance at ABN AMRO, Chief Executive of Monument Oil and Gas, Chairman of Harrison Lovegrove and Chairman of Indago Petroleum. Tim Eggar is currently Chairman of 3 Legs Resources plc, MyCelx Technologies Corporation and Trent Consulting Ltd. He is also a Non-Executive Director of SoyuzNeftegaz and TAG Energy Solutions Limited, and a member of the Strategic Advisory Board of Braemar Energy Ventures." [1]
