Biographical Information

"Tom is Director of Philanthropy & Corporate Partnerships at Scope where he developed the double award winning (Institute of Fundraising 2011) Grangewood Venture Philanthropy project and co-developed the Scope Bond, the first listed bond for a UK service delivery charity and winner of the Charity Times social investment initiative of the year (2012). In the past three years, through these and other products, Scope has raised over £4.5M in social investment from a variety of investor audiences, helping secure new donor income in the process.

"Prior to joining Scope, Tom was the first UK employee at Microfinance Charity the MicroLoan Foundation where he generated over £3.5M of new funding in a three year period, enabling the organisation to expand into four African countries."[1]
