Dr Tony Beck, is a Manager and Senior Consultant for Australasian Emissions Trading Forum Consulting Services.

"Tony has over 25 years of experience in economic and policy analysis with the focus in the last 15 years on greenhouse and energy related issues. His experience includes positions as manager of ABARE's Energy Economics Branch, Assistant Director of the Business Council of Australia (BCA), and Executive Director of the Australian Industry Greenhouse Network (AIGN).

"During Tony's work with the BCA and the AIGN (1994-1998) he was the industry adviser on Australian delegations to the international climate change negotiating meetings. He was also a member of the Australian government's National Greenhouse Advisory Panel and has been Coordinator of the Australasian Emissions Trading Forum since 2001.

"Tony has a science degree from the University of Sydney and postgraduate degrees in economics and management from the University of New England and the University of Canterbury , NZ." [1]
