Hello User 68.210.179.95. Thanks for the suggestion ... and, personally, I agree with you totally. I have relocated it to the talk page for Hurricane Katrina for SW visitors to access. Proof of the linkage between HAARP and this and other hurricanes is required for SW. See the SW article Project Woodpecker which I started in January 2005. Perhaps you can add to it?
