Hi, thanks for adding the links in to those profiles re pay rise vote. However, a small formatting point re references. The standard format for references is Author Name (Christian name, Surname), "Title", Publication, Date (Month, Day, Year). I haven't corrected the dates on the recent additions to those page pages, mainly because I don't have time right now but if you can fix them that would be great.
