Two minor Queries

Hi Stokely B. Greetings from Australia. Two minor queries re the PERFORM Act page.

  • Is PERFORM an acronym for something? If so it would be worth spelling it out. If not I was wondering why the word is capitalised.
  • RIAA - I'm assuming you mean the Recording Industry Association of America. Is that right? If so, the general rule is that in an article use the full name the first time it appears on a page with the acronym and then subsequently only the acronym.
