Wayne E. Ferguson is president of the American Kennel Club Canine Health Foundation.

"Wayne Ferguson has bred and shown St. Bernards for 35 years. He was the proud owner of Folly Barn's Dexter, the top St. Bernard in 1979, 1980, and 1981, and the number four top dog for all systems in 1981. Ferguson is currently the founder, president and CEO of Cherrybrook, Inc., "the ultimate in dog and cat supplies," based in Broadway, NJ. Ferguson attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and has held career positions at Magyar Savings and Loan, City Federal Savings and Loan, Edison Federal Savings and Loan, and General Wine & Spirits Company (Division of Seagram's) where he was the Chivas Regal Scotch National Brand Manager. Ferguson is currently a member of Buck's County Kennel Club, Delaware Water Gap Kennel Club and the Philadelphia Kennel Club, and he has served on the boards for DWGKC and PKC. He is also the show chair for the Morris & Essex Kennel Club. Ferguson has served on the boards of the Diane Fossey Gorilla Fund, Domestic Abuse and Rape Crisis Center (Belvidere, NJ), Hunterdon Development Center, Middlesex County SPCA, Morris Animal Foundation, and St. Hubert's Giralda. Ferguson has been an active member of The Two Hundred Club of Warren, and is an active committee member of the Township of Franklin in Broadway. Ferguson has served on the AKC Canine Health Foundation board of directors since 1997, and resides in Broadway, New Jersey." [1]
