Dr. William Duhamel, "of Rapid City, South Dakota, is the President of Duhamel Broadcasting Enterprises, a family-held South Dakota corporation. Dr. Duhamel was one of the co-founders of South Dakota Cable Television, Inc., which brought the first cable television service to western South Dakota in 1966. Dr. Duhamel holds a B.A. and an M.A. from St. Louis University, and a Ph.D. from Stanford University." [1]
