Biographical Information

"William H. Kautz received his Sc.D. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) in 1951, and for 35 years conducted scientific and technical research at Stanford Research Institute (SRI International) in the then emerging field of computer science, with additional activity in geophysics, health, chemistry and the social sciences. He published and lectured extensively in both the U.S. and abroad, and received awards, patents and recognition until he retired from SRI with the position of Staff Scientist.

"In 1977 Kautz founded the Center for Applied Intuition (CAI) and was its Director for 15 years. CAI engaged in research on the nature of intuition, conducted intuition training and development seminars and carried out research projects in the application of intuition in several fields. Its staff consulted with businesses and provided intuitive counseling to individuals. CAI's public education programs included professional conferences, lectures, a weekly radio program and a new magazine, Intuition." [1] He is the co-author with Melanie Branon of a book called Channeling: The Intuitive Connection.
