Board of Directors (USA)'

"In the United States, a board of directors governs the work of Yéle Haiti as a nonprofit charitable organization with tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status. They are assisted in their work by a high-profile advisory board. In Haiti, we are in the process of being registered as a tax-exempt non-governmental organization with a board of directors that includes three overlapping members with the international US-based organization. A core team of Yéle Haiti staff and volunteers oversees the administration and programs, working closely with a team of professionals from Orsa Consultants who serve as project managers and coordinate external relations for the organization.
