Generic Products is located in Forth Worth, TX and is a Texas corporation whose principal place of business is located at 4717 Fletcher, Forth Worth, TX 76107 (D.B., complaint,4/94). A tobacco wholesaler and defendant in the Mississippi Attorney General's suit (WSJ 5/23/94). Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corp. doesn't have a separate company for making generic cigarettes. Brown & Williamson made GPC approved cigarettes under a licensing agreement with Generic Products in 1992. (W-SJ 2/17/92).
