Benjamin Y. Cooper is a Washington, D.C-based lobbyist with the firm Williams & Jensen who heads up the pro-junk mail front group, Mail Moves America.

Cooper has long served as the chief lobbyist for the Printing Industries of America. He has also been Executive Vice President and head of Williams & Jensen's Washington, D.C. office. He also served for 25 years as treasurer of PrintPAC, a political action committee he created, which represents the printing industry.

Cooper attended the University of Alabama, where he received his B.A., and the College of William and Mary, where he received his M.A. in Government.[1]
