Dan Lips is a Senior Fellow with the Goldwater Institute. He is also a Policy Analyst at the Americans For Prosperity Foundation. According to a brief biographical note he was "president of a non-profit organization working to advance school choice in Arizona".[1]

With his brother Brad he co-authored a book on Ronald Reagan. (Brad is the Chief Operating Officer of Atlas Economic Research Foundation).
