Dan Neuhaus: Defense
Biography
Neuhaus, vice president of Dr. Madis Laboratories in 1944, described how tobacco extract is made: You put the solvent on it, water or alcohol, and then you just percolate it, and as you percolate it, you concentrate it. It is kind of a syrupy consistency, like molasses. (Day One 2/28/94).
