Jeanne Newman

Jeanne Newman "has worked in design, publishing and retail, and in 1975 co-founded Calera Wine Company and vineyard in Hollister, California, with Josh Jensen. In 1991 she helped found Other Minds, a new and innovative music organization, with Jim Newman in San Francisco. Jeanne is a Trustee of The Leakey Foundation. Her years of fund-raising and event -planning for schools, and arts organizations, and environmental non-profits, and her love of science and the arts, especially contemporary music, has led her to pursue her interests as a member of the NEXMAP Board of Trustees."
