Margaret Jacobsohn

Margaret Jacobsohn is the codirector of the Integrated Rural Development and Nature Conservation (Namibia). In 1993 she received the Goldman Environmental Prize.

In 1994 she received the United Nations Environmental Programme's Global 500 Award; in 1998 became a Knight of the Order of the Golden Ark, Netherlands; and in 2003 was the Cheetah Conservation Fund's Conservationist of the Year Award.
