"Ronald has served as a Director for Paylocity since November 2013 and has been an independent business consultant since May 2010. From 2007 to May 2010, he was Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer of LoJack Corporation, or LoJack, a worldwide marketer of wireless tracking and recovery systems for valuable mobile. From 2006 to 2007, Ronald served as a director of Sabre Holdings Corporation.
In addition to Paylocity, Ronald serves on the Board of Directors for Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc., a home and security products company; Chiquita Brands International, Inc., an international marketer and distributor of food products; and HNI Corp., a manufacturer of office furniture and a manufacturer and marketer of gas- and wood-burning fireplaces."[1]
