Abdirashid Hajji Elmi "is the executive director of Kisima Peace and Development Organization, the chairman of Somali Red Crescent Kismayo branch, chairman of Civil Society Organizations in Lower Juba Region, Somalia, many NGOs/ Governmental bodies depend much of his work.
