Sally Sheldon

"My research interests are primarily in health care law and ethics, and the legal regulation of gender, especially with regard to the legal regulation of fatherhood. I am currently writing a socio-legal study of fatherhood, with Richard Collier of Newcastle Law School (forthcoming, Hart, 2008). Richard and I have also recently edited a book on fathers’ rights activism and legal reform." [1]
