Salsa, Sabor y Salud is a corporate wellness program for Latino families created by Kraft and the National Latino Children's Institute. According to the website, "Families participate actively in a series of eight sessions that reinforce the importance of achieving “energy balance” through healthier food choices and increased levels of physical activity;"[1] the phrase "energy balance" being corporate speak that obscures the overconsumption of unhealthy foods as the cause of our nutrition problems, focusing instead on the lack exercise as the "true cause" of obesity.[2]
