Biographical Information

"Suzanne Van Stralen is the principal of SVS Consulting Services of Napa, California... She has adopted the five-part organizational bottom line - Purpose, Principles, Profit, People, and Planet. Suzanne earned a Master of Science in Organization Development Degree from Pepperdine University and completed a PH.D in Integral Studies (concentration in Transformative Learning and Change) from the California Institute of Integral Studies... She is an accredited values executive coach (Hall/Tonna Values Inventory) and is additionally certified in Spiral Dynamics Integral (sdi) for levels 1 and 2. She is also an authorized user of Harthill Consulting Ltd’s Leadership Development Framework (LDF) and the Leadership Development Profile (LDP). Suzanne also completed Newfield Networks Certified Coach Training and melds the Newfield approach into her coaching.

"Suzanne also serves as a lecturer for Saint Mary's College of California; Master of Arts in Leadership Program where she teaches Sustainable Organizational Change. She additionally plans to continue to contribute to international projects and recently completed teaching graduate level leadership development courses in American Samoa and various parts of Micronesia for San Diego State University. Prior to opening her consulting and coaching practice in 1994, Suzanne worked in Marketing and Sales and Organization Development for AT&T. She also worked for Kaiser Foundation Hospitals as an internal Organization Development Consultant specializing in large system change."[1]
