Talk:Swarming Youths

I'm inclined to delete this article for a couple of reasons. 1) While various people refer to "swarming" in different contexts, it seems that this article is in effect creating the term "swarming youths". The description of what "swarming youths" is supposed to be is entirely unreferenced 2) It then jumps from outlining the idea to stating that "these techniques have applied by the CIA/NED and its affiliated organizations" without indicating how we know this 3) and then lists a set of groups but nearly all the pages are stubs. In the absence of references I'm inclined to delete this page and shift a toned down version of the links to the stubs on a page titled something like "Youth political Groups in Central Europe" or the like. --Bob Burton 23:18, 1 November 2007 (EDT)
