Hi Bob, sory for the late reply. Both Microsoft being completely intransparent about consultancies it employs and APCO being intransparent about its clients - with the exception of so-called 'case studies', I do not have a URL reference link for APCO working for Microsoft in Brussels. I know that MS is using APCO because I had to work with them and they used APCO to keep in touch with me.
