Andrew Orlowski is a Journalist working for The Register and PC Adviser. He is distinctly climate skeptical , being frequently quoted by Bishop Hill blogger Andrew Montford.
A skilled propagandist, Orlowski never misses an opportunity to press his agenda through uncitable claims such as "the political elite is almost entirely signed up to mitigation policies" . His exagerations however are known to cross the border into fibs such as "Tim Yeo... wants us to carry carbon rationing cards"
Orlowski is reputed to have coined the term 'Googlewashing'to describe the alleged practice of changing the meaning of a meme (in this example, w:Second Superpower) by web-publishing a well-linked article using the term in an inoffensive manner, stripped of its political significance.
