"Caroline van Scheltinga has held several leadership positions in New York's financial sector over the past 23 years, including: Head of Telecommunications Group in the Investment Banking Department of Jefferies & Company; Managing Director in the Investment Banking Department of Lehman Brothers, both as co-founder of the Restructuring Group and co-head of the Emerging Telecom Sector in the Media and Communications Groups; and Vice President in the Investment Banking Department of Credit Suisse. Most recently Mrs. van Scheltinga founded and serves as Managing Director of Blocadi Capital, an international investment banking advisory firm. Mrs. van Scheltinga holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France and is a graduate of Leiden University, Leiden, the Netherlands, where she obtained a Masters of Laws with honors."[1]
