Biographical Information

"Dan Schuessler was a founding partner of Bayswater Asset Management, a San Francisco based Alternative Asset Management firm. Prior to co-founding Bayswater, Mr. Schuessler was Director of Hedge Funds at Mellon Capital Management (MCM). From 1998 to 2002, he served as MCM's Global Strategist. From 1996 to 1997, he was a Global Asset Allocation portfolio manager. Earlier in his investment career, from 1991 to 1995, Mr. Schuessler worked for Smith Breeden Associates as a Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) & Derivatives trader and portfolio manager, where he also served as Chief Investment Officer for a closely held financial institution. Mr. Schuessler received an A.B. in Mathematics from Brown University in 1987 and an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University in 1991." [1]
