David Campbell Bannerman (Born on 28 May 1960, Bombay,India)[1]is UKIP MEP for the Eastern Counties of England. He is sceptical of climate change and has said he is primarily driven by energy security rather than climate change. [2]
The UKIP is staunchly skeptical of climate change. At their Conference 2010, the party leader said "we must question the whole theory of man-made climate change."[3] .
