Bill Armstrong R-Colo., and managed campaigns for various candidates in that state, including Bill Owens for governor in 1998 Colorado U.S. Sen. Wayne Allard's campaign for re-election in 2002. Wadhams was born and raised in rural southeastern Colorado. He graduated from the University of Southern Colorado in Pueblo with a degree in political science.
