Dustin Angelo "brings a tremendous amount of financial experience. Mr. Angelo has served as CFO of Phoenix coal since August 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Angelo was a Vice President with MHI Energy Partners, an energy private equity fund that invests in oil and gas, coal, and energy technologies. From 1997 to 2005, he was a Principal at Waller Capital Corporation in New York City, a boutique investment bank focused on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Angelo earned a BSBA in Accounting and International Business from Georgetown University in 1996 and an MBA from the Columbia Business School in 2005. Mr. Angelo is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Kentucky." [1]
