Biographical Information

"Elaine Mitchell Attias is a prize-winning documentary film writer-producer, syndicated international journalist and life-long political activist for human rights and social justice... She has written and produced film documentaries under the aegis of “Tantalus”, her production company, winner of 17 international Film Festival awards... She is vice president of the National Communications Foundation, based in Los Angeles, and President of the Attias Family Foundation. She is a board member of the Pen-USA West Society, Human Rights Watch (West), American Friends of Peace Now and a Foundation Member of the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art. "[1]
