Emily Goldfarb "has worked as a consultant since 1997 for more than 30 nonprofit organizations and foundations through her firm, GoldRio Consulting. She specializes in organizational start-up and development, program planning and implementation, Executive Director coaching, and strategic research and evaluation. She is the former founding executive director (1986 - 1996) of the Northern California Coalition for Immigrant Rights, is bilingual in English/ Spanish, and has worked in the field of immigrant and refugee rights for nearly 20 years."
